DFL working fine in windows 8.1 but crashes in windows 11

      DFL crashes with memory not available in win 11 and works fine in win 8.1, dedicated memory in win 8.1 shows 9.8/12 gb, but in win 11 it shows 3/12 gb, how to change the same so that it can run on win 11.
      Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.
      processer R5 3600, RAM 32 GB, GPU RTX 3060
