Swap my Head with a 3d Model

Hi! Looking for a way to my Head with a realistic 3 d modeled Head that I have here. So it’s overlayed over my own Head, but my Body remains.
It should sync all movements.

The 3d head could get rigged before if needed.

It would be enough to have the 3d head Sync all Movement and if I could Export with no background, so i could just overlay it in Editing Software.

Is this Something Create Studio can do? Iclone? Anything else?

Would it be much work, cause I would need this often.
